2023 Season Volunteer Requirements
Volunteer Requirements
All families are required to volunteer to support our organization. In addition to serving as a Coach or Board Member, there are other volunteer opportunities available for supporting our field, fans, and athletes. Only tasks listed on Sign Up Genius are considered for meeting the volunteer requirement unless approved by the Board.
Volunteer work is tracked by hours served with a minimum of 2 hours in the snack shack and 2 hours doing other activities. Each family will be required to complete a minimum of 4 hours during the season.
Opt out
If you do not wish to perform the volunteer service required to fulfill your work bond you may present a check in the amount of $200.00 made payable to the “High Bridge Athletic Association” and your duty will be marked as discharged. Please note that no equipment will be provided to any player who does not provide this check, qualify for a waiver or opts to buy out of their work bond requirement.

Although you sign up for a task, you must check in with an onsite volunteer coordinator. They will provide instruction and track your attendance. Your onsite coordinator name will be provided prior to the scheduled task. Failure to check in for the task will result as an incomplete volunteer service task for your family.
How do I volunteer with the Huskies Board of Directors?
